Hi! My name is Vicki and I’m a Personal Trainer in the Inner North area of Brisbane. I first qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2005, have been teaching Yoga since 2008 and have recently gained Pilates certification. I used to specialise mostly in weight loss but these days I tend to place health goals first and the weight loss second. My specialisation is helping successful larger ladies to have more energy and more body confidence without going to the gym. I’m passionate about helping women to transform their whole selves, inside and out. I have certificates in Training Women for Sport, Pre and Postnatal Exercise, Training Older Clients, Stress Management, Meditation, Boxing, Functional Movement, Wellness Coaching and Nutrition.
